1. Marketing

Starting with Marketing, you can plan your campaign, define marketing lists, action plans and tasks for each of your sales people. 2. Sales

This module manages the whole process of the sale. From the offer to invoicing, while going through the sales order and delivery. Switching from one step to another can be managed manually or automated through processing and approval workflows. Workflows can be set per document type and / or customer category. Each workflow can be based on an unlimited set of steps. This allows you to better control the process of selling and generating business documents.

On the treasury side, the module efficiently manages customer settlements, bank deposits and unpaid bills.

 

The sales module is linked, depending on your needs, with other LiM features:

  •  Marketing : A sales process can be started manually or initiated by the marketing module. For example, a quote generated from a marketing action can be triggered automatically on a sales order. Or an added contact in a prospecting action can automatically feed a customer record.

  • Stock : If the LiM STK feature is active, any sales transaction generates a stock movement in stock.

  • EDM : If the EDM module is active, PDF versions of the business documents will be automatically filed and archived in the EDM.
